Skoda Auto AS sells the vast majority of the hundreds of thousands of cars it assembles at Czech plants every year to customers abroad. So it made sense when the Volkswagen AG business switched its accounting into euros. It turns out, though, that the biggest Czech exporter is just one of a phalanx of companies turning to the common European currency of their own accord.
