Confirming the problem, Zerodha wrote on the social media platform X (erstwhile Twitter) about the issue faced by some of its users and said that it was working to fix it.
“Due to an intermittent issue, some of our users are not able to see executed orders in the orderbook. However, the executed orders are updated on the positions page. We’re working on fixing this,” Zerodha said on X.

Users fumed
Unhappy with constant technical snags on the platform recently, Zerodha users lashed out on the brokerage firm on X.
“People moved away from Full-service brokers to Zerodha for better tech. I have always staunchly supported, but these technical issues are becoming more frequent guys. People have their hard earned money riding on the dependability of your platform,” wrote a user on X.
Another user posted a screenshot of his Kite app that showed him no holdings and no positions.
“No Position Book. No Order book (Open & Executed both not visible). No Holding page visible. No Funds visible,” he wrote.
