GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. (WWLP) – A man is facing drug trafficking charges after a search warrant was executed in Great Barrington Thursday.
A joint operation conducted by the Great Barrington Police Department and the Berkshire County Drug Task Force on January 25th led to the arrest of Jonah Christianson, a suspected cocaine dealer operating from 47 Grove Street in Great Barrington, Massachusetts.
Upon executing a search warrant, law enforcement discovered approximately 146 grams of cocaine within the residence, alongside $1,868 in cash and credit. The combined value of the seized drugs and currency amounts to $16,618.
Jonah Christianson, arrested on Thursday, faced an arraignment on Friday in Central District Court on charges of trafficking cocaine (100-200 grams) and distributing a Class B substance. He was held on $50,000 bail, and bail on two pending charges in the Southern Berkshire District Court was also revoked.
