Millionaire real estate broker Oren Alexander — who along with his twin brother Alon Alexander has been accused of raping women in two separate lawsuits — would carry drugs to ply women at parties, though he didn’t use the stuff himself, a source tells Page Six.
The brothers, 36, are accused in a lawsuit of taking turns raping one woman in 2012 at Sir Ivan Wilzig’s Hamptons “castle,” dubbed “the Playboy Mansion of the East Coast” and know for holding sex parties.
Our source tells us they saw the brothers at Wilzig’s bashes in 2011, 2012 and 2013, as well as at one party in 2016.
“They’d be out most weekends,” says the source. “Ivan would host them. They had a room upstairs and would live there.”
Wilzig is well-known for hosting X-rated bacchanals that end with guests allegedly getting naked in the pool and heading to an S&M dungeon for the evening.
“Oren had cocaine with him and would tell people they didn’t do it, but they [would] ‘carry it around for the girls,’” says the source. “They’d go out and invite girls to come back with them to Ivan’s.”
A lawyer for the brothers did not return requests for comment.
According to the lawsuit filed by Kate Whiteman, she alleged that she was dragged by Alon into a black SUV after leaving a club and finding Oren waiting in the car. They then allegedly took her to the campy castle where when she tried to escape, and a security guard allegedly “dragged her back into the garage.”
The complaint says the worker was Wilzig’s employee.
“Once Plaintiff and the twins were inside the garage door, the door closed and locked immediately right behind them. Plaintiff was then told that she must change into a sarong,” the filing says. “Plaintiff then proceeded to make a dash for the stairs that led up to the house, while fully dressed. As Plaintiff bolted for the stairs, there was a [worker] who grabbed her arm and dragged her back into the garage.”
Wilzig is named in the suit for reputed negligence — but has been in no way implicated in the assault and rape allegations.
“Plaintiff was ultimately forced to strip and change into a sarong. Her phone and other belongings were placed into a locker that was immediately locked by Oren, who then put the key around his wrist. The twins then led Plaintiff upstairs to what appeared to be a large bedroom” and attacked her, the complaint further states.
The twins allegedly attacked another woman in 2010 when she was just 18, drugging her at a Meatpacking District club by allegedly spiking her drink before taking her home to rape her, another lawsuit claims.
A lawyer for the brothers has denied all claims in the suits, previously stating, “This suit was brought public after [the Alexanders] chose not to give in to a demand in the tens of millions of dollars. We are confident this matter will be resolved in [their] favor given an extensive collection of powerful evidence including, phone records, text messages, emails and other documents whose content clearly debunks these claims.”
A source previously told Page Six of Wilzig, “Ivan is unhappy and nervous about the lawsuit that names his castle as the scene of the rape.” The insider added, “There has been zero chatter that Ivan was involved.”
Wilzig has had fewer parties since 2017, his brother Alan told The Post this week, saying, “They ended around 2017. Now, it’s Sunday afternoon barbecues before people head back to the city.”
He also downplayed the allegedly X-rated scene at the castle, saying, “The whole point is for it to feel sexy, glamorous, fun, risqué. If you were there with your wife or girlfriend on a Saturday night, you might find a place to make out. A couple feels like they are in the Garden of Eden when they are there.”
Alan also told The Post of the over-the-top estate, “I once read that [Ivan] has the lockers and every guest has to put their clothes in a locker and go nude or wear a sarong. Do the lockers exist? Yes. Are they big enough for your clothes? No. They are for cell phones and valuables.”
He explained to The Post: “My brother did not want to hear a word of somebody having a handbag or cell phone missing when there are 30 people there. That is a complete buzzkill.”
One source described going to a sex party at the mansion, explaining to us, “[As a man], you’d have to have a girl with you. You get to the house, everyone had to take your clothes off and put this sarong thing on that Ivan has. You go in the pool and then he says it’s time to go inside and you get naked and you put your stuff in lockers. Ivan will be like, ‘Chop, chop, everyone has to take their sarongs off. Chop chop!’”
Ivan did not return calls for comment.
Alan said in a previous interview of the parties, “A lot is hype. People will sensationalize. You come over and two girls are tanning topless and, if someone wants to be an idiot about it, they say everyone is running around naked.”
However, he also revealed, “Back in the early 2000s, I’d get up in the middle of the night… and there was always someone naked in the pool. But not in a bad way. Look, we don’t sit home and knit.”
He also had said that the dungeon, which has been photographed, is for the castle décor, and, “It’s a strict rule that nobody ever screws in that room.”
Since news of the lawsuits against the Alexanders first broke, nearly 30 more victims have reportedly come forward to the plaintiffs’ lawyers with similar claims, they said.
“I’ve spoken to approximately 15 people who say to me they were raped by the Alexander brothers, one [brother] or more, at various times, in New York City, South Beach and in other states as well,” attorney Evan Torgan told The Real Deal, which first reported on the suits.
“I am proud of what we are doing here,” Torgan added in a statement to The Post. “And proud of all the people who have come forward with their story — especially Kate Whiteman and Rebecca Mandel who did it with great bravery.”
